First time setup charge: $25.00 per colour/location. No charge for repeat orders placed after January 1st, 2010. |

Repeat setup charge: $15.00 per colour/location for orders placed prior to January 1st, 2010. Future orders will not be subject to a setup charge. |

Art charges: $30.00 per hour (if necessary) |
| No charge for art if you supply acceptable digital artwork. |
| 5)
Embroidery digitizing: If you are not already in possession of your embroidery "tape", the charge to prepare a diskette is
$15.00/1,000 stitches
-minimum $75.00. Contact us for an estimate. |
| 6) Photo real printing Due to their complexity, photo real/full colour jobs will be quoted once we evaluate the artwork. |
| 7) Folding and/or bagging (optional): $0.15 each for
folding, $0.40 for folding and bagging. PLEASE ADVISE US THAT YOU REQUIRE FOLDING OR FOLDING/BAGGING.
OTHERWISE YOUR GARMENTS WILL SIMPLY BE FOLDED IN HALF. |
